Martyn Bradfield has over 30 years’ experience in work health, safety and environment in New Zealand, Australia and many other parts of the world, working and consulting across all industry, service and government sectors. Martyn has experience in occupational hygiene, coaching, leadership development and providing a broad range of improvement services to organizations.

Oliver Bodak has over 20 years working in the health and safety profession focusing on effective leadership and strategy implementation to ensure key risks are managed practically and effectively.

Oliver has led and supported programs in industries as diverse as Railways; Local Government; Mining; Manufacturing and Health Care. His training in sports science and psychology brings human first thinking, improvement focus and a commitment to set people up for success.
