Oliver Fearman has over 20 years of experience in a diverse range of industries including oil and gas, construction, mining, forestry, and farming. His experiences working with teams in the Sahara Desert, jungles of Papua New Guinea and with remote land-based drilling rigs has developed a genuine appreciation for team work in challenging environments.
This drives a passion for empowering teams to create a work environment that enriches the lives of those in the workplace and the ones they return home to.
